Even in the early stages of pregnancy this app has been such a reassurance. Being able to ask questions to other mums and especially midwives is hugely helpful. I’ve been able to dispel quite a few worries already. Looking forward to exploring more as my pregnancy continues - especially the yoga and hypnobirthing ♥️
I’m using the app for my second pregnancy and finding it so helpful to focus on the mindfulness side of things. I love that there are live classes at times that work around my first child and I can ask midwives questions too. Just wish it had been around for my first pregnancy!!

The PregnaHub app has managed to squeeze every useful piece of information and valuable support into one place. For parents to be and those with new babies you can save yourself hours on Google with this app. I personally love the direct access to the BusyLizzy exercise classes and the monthly live relaxation sessions. They give me an opportunity to be involved in something brilliant whilst in the comfort of my own home. I have recommended it to all my friends ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I just love having this little app whenever I need it. I’m anxious about most things and having reassurance from those midwives rather than ringing my own everything I’m worried about which food I can eat for example (!) is so helpful. The value for money is crazy- I have done pilates and aerobics depending on what I feel like that week and it really helps me to tune into my body and stretch. The other part I love is the information you can look at whenever you want to, it has been so much more comprehensive than even our very expensive NCT course!! My partner likes this format too. Definitely recommend to anyone!
