There are many brilliant medical pregnancy resources out there but what they lack is spiritual insight and wisdom. This journal enhances your spiritual journey of pregnancy with an understanding of the real practical challenges.
The desire to create this work and share it with you was born from my life. I was diagnosed with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE), Endometriosis, polycystic ovaries and cystic fibrosis. I was told that after 25 I would not be able to conceive and if by some miracle I did, that my body could kill my baby. Today I have two beautiful children. In my pregnancy I was hit with so many negative reports and fear amplifying medical information that I went in search for help. I realised a need for a resource that would be spiritual, practical, sensitive and real to my physical or emotional needs and so I wrote one.
This Journal is just for you to walk this journey of pregnancy with God and those around you in this real world by faith, not denying what is happening, but knowing the truth and letting it set you free to enjoy this most precious time of pregnancy. My prayer is that this Journal will help you get closer to God, your family and your little treasure growing inside of you.
I am not a Doctor so any medical information in this book is taken from personal experience and research. I have tried to leave for the professionals what is in their domain and trust that God will guide you to the best help for you and your baby. Please seek professional medical advice where appropriate.

My suggestion is to use this tool in a group setting. Find some friends who are also pregnant and pray together weekly. It is amazing how deep friendships form this way.
