Pregnancy Today is a simple free tracker to help you see how your pregnancy is progressing.
You can see useful information right from the today screen with the today widget.
See how far you have progressed through each trimester.
See your baby's estimated weight, size and the days left until your due date.
For Apple Watch users you can get this information right on your wrist with the watch app.
Each week you will receive a notification (if enabled) telling you your current week so you will always be reminded of yours or your partners pregnancy progress.
If your partner installs the app as well you can link them together and the mother can used the wellbeing widget to quickly keep their partner updated about their mood feelings. Your partner can then react to this bringing home your favourite takeaway if your hungry or running you a bath to help you relax.

Baby data does not stay on screen

Hello, When I click on the information about the baby, it flashes for a second and then disappears. It’s super frustrating!

Percentage calculation completely off

I am 24 weeks and it tells me I am 81% through my pregnancy... there is no support contact to let them know either.. since this is kind of the only functionality of the app it doesn’t seem to make much sense to have the app?

Too many typos

Ixlcjhcikvkv on

My very first page (baby week 9) has a huge typo (fatal vs final - when talking about babies this is a big deal), the second page had even more. Immediately deleted as this makes me suspect the accuracy of any info in this app.

Great work

This app started off well, but sometime in the second trimester, the grammar became terrible. Words are missing, misspelled and just worded wrong. Beyond that, the tracker is super handy. Edit: The app is so much better after the work that was done. I continued to use it because it was super neat. I still love the countdown feature on the main page. 59% through the third trimester. Thank you to the developers that worked hard to make this what it is!

Not much

I couldn’t change my due date because it went of my last period. It’s nice how it has the % of your pregnancy but that’s it.
