App crashes, hard to upload important documents on patient end- and some upload very blurry despite them being perfectly clear when saved. Toggling back and forth between the sections takes a long time for the screen to reload. There are issues with finding and opening important documents and messages. Disappointing
Hate having to go way into the app just to see results. No push notifications.
App does not work well or user friendly would expected more to make it easier for patients not more stressful
The app works well enough, but the lack of notifications is very frustrating. I have to depend on checking emails or be constantly checking the app in order to see if I received a reply, which is stressful when you’re waiting for important information from the dr’s office. Also, the delay in loading messages is another pain point.
I do not receive notifications, despite my iPhone having all the permissions given to the app. Furthermore, the app’s feature to upload files does not work; after selecting a file, the app returns to the previous screen.
Thanks for creating this app. But, the loading of each section is extremely slow as well as sending messages. Not very smoothly for every part. :(
I have contacted them through the FB App & I sent 5 customer complaints request to check why it’s not working with my IPhone. Know one has return my messages or email, it’s been a month now. I have IPhone 12 Pro & it’s updated to newest upgrade 18. I prefer the app, it works better to communicate or see things in my portal. Logging into the website is extra work & it does take longer sometimes!! I have deleted the app reinstall & restart my phone nothing has changed the status & it still is not working. Also if you can UPDATE the New Message Tab to be located at the TOP & not at the bottom of the page. If you have 1000 messages you have to “SCROLL ALL THE WAY DOWN” just to click to sent your clinic a NEW MESSAGE … App issue Started 8/14/24 Still have Issues 10/15/24 The Support Staff doesn’t care to return a Message or etc!!
Update: I no longer receive emails letting me know there’s a message pending my review. This app is THE WORST The only way I know I have a new notification to view in the app is that I get an email that shows up about 10-15 mins after the notification was sent. Also when you upload documents all documents are titled the same thing, that’s kind of annoying. It doesn’t work right when you’re viewing you partners information. I always end up having to log out and log back in to return to my information.
It’s just a poorly built app that has a suboptimal interface and lacks any differentiated or useful features. I would prefer email or WhatsApp
