After their customer service department “fixed the problem” the app still continues to fail

I have had cero results from this app and for some reason they are allow to not fulfill their commitment on the contract which is giving you leads but I am not allow to get out of this expense that gives me cero results, it is a totally waste of money. All the leads I’ve gotten have been fake and have put me in very dangerous situations. DO NOT PAY FOR IT BECAUSE ONCE YOU REALIZE IT DOES NOTHING THEY WILL NOT DEACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT!! Costumer service is not efficient and they will not give me a solution more than I have to stick with a service which is not giving me any benefit at all.

It does not connect me and I have to keep reinstalling the app.

I signed a one year agreement for leads through Zillow. The advisor that I was working with quit answering his phone after the agreement was up. I literally couldn’t contact anyone to cancel so I had to get my bank to help by cancelling future charges. Now I’m being sent to collections.

It’s very frustrating when I get a call and it asks me to hit the button for the app if I do not see the dates requested for a showing, but it won’t actually let me connect to the app. It also won’t let me accept or do anything beyond accepting the call … this is caused my answer rate to drop significantly!

I was told the lead quality would be high. That before someone was connected to an agent they were first screened to see if they really are ready to buy a home. I haven’t spoken to one person who was already pre approved or ready and willing to dive into the process of home buying. I’ve gotten connections that were people trying to schedule home inspections, couples who just really wanted to see the inside of another neighborhood home and other extremely low quality leads. What inspired me to writer the review? I’ve missed the last 6 connections with possible leads because the app constantly doesn’t work. I get told it’s because of my service however I have 5G in downtown Columbus with superior home WiFi. I’m tired of the lies and can not wait for the end of my contract. Never again will I ever use Zillow as a lead generation and I’ll tell every agent I come across exactly why!

I can’t tell you the last time I received a lead for something over 100k. There has to be a glitch?? All other agents in my office getting 300k+ leads? Am I not paying enough? And then, I regularly get leads calling about fsbo! Seriously??

I don’t even know where to start but I’ll keep it short. I wish I could give them ZERO STARS. I signed up for Zillow's services hoping to boost my real estate business, but unfortunately, I've been left feeling disappointed. Firstly, the cost is exorbitant for the service provided. Secondly, the leads I receive are often for land or manufactured homes, which don't align with my business of selling actual properties. Moreover, their promise of a free month was not honored, leaving me feeling misled and frustrated. Overall, I expected better from such a reputable platform. Zillow: call me if you want to make it right!

I'm Disappointed that Zillow calls me and the caller is not on the line and then the Zillow rep hangs up and I'm charged for a lead. I would like to see a report monthly that tells me the number of actual leads that were connected and that doesn't include dropped calls which seems to be the norm.
