Deficient in important areas

The app looks slick but under the hood, you can’t book cars to/from Gatwick South Terminal and you can’t add Amex cards. I’m told a fix is coming but I’ll believe it when I see it. Also, all the Favourites and ride history I had in the old app were lost when the app got upgraded. Right now, Premier are losing my business to other ride-hailing apps which take Amex and recognise Gatwick South.

You cannot book for Gatwick South Terminal

The app simply cannot find Gatwick South terminal, so you cannot book a car for this destination. There seems to be no way to tell the app this destination even exists - if it is not already its own map, it cannot go there.

Title says it all. Plus it is not possibile to do even basic things like requesting a receipt for a ride, or cancel / modify an existing one.

Have used this service for a few years and generally reliable. Only hassle has been app using old post code database which causes a few issues. However on trying to use the app yesterday on a new phone, keep getting message that there is a new app, but not available on the App Store. Hope this will be fixed soon.

I booked them twice for airport runs. They were just over ten minutes late on both occasions. The first time the driver called ahead and gave me a reasonably accurate ETA. So I thought I’d give them a second chance. The second time there was no heads up and when I called I was “being managed” with respect to the ETA. When I complained to the driver, he looked at me, puzzled, and said that it is a minicab service after all. Bear in mind both bookings were to the airport.

Improved App

App has improved since its launch. We use it on regular basis. It’s quick and convenient for urgent booking. Any issue, their customers helpline is very helpful. Thanks Premier cars.

To Much Hassle

Tried to get a web site quote and the web page didn’t work. Used the chat facility which worked well and I felt positive. Downloaded the App, very buggy, read the few reviews there were and was not confident in the service as a result. Did try to book but the App was confusing and poorly designed so didn’t book. A company with poor attention to detail and adverse reviews for the simple task of getting people from A to B does not inspire confidence so I will use local companies. Needs a better App and web site.

I booked a cab to take me to Luton airport from surbiton at 10.45am. The driver went via the north circular for some unknown reason and we sat in traffic for 2 hours and ended up missing our flight. When I complained to the company about this and said I wanted compensation for the hundreds of pounds I spent on new flights they said he turned up on time and that was the end of it. I asked them why he didn't check his route before we left and they said it was all clear on GOOGLE MAPS!! That just says it all about this firm and if I was you I would rather walk to the airport then trust these idiots to get you there plus the taxi was filthy inside as well.
