This app has always preformed poorly. dropping connection, connecting to the wrong bed, etc… But since ios 15 the app has been a complete waste… timers & alarms broken not to mention you can’t even access favorite positions anymore. got even worse w/ ios 15.4.
Volatile
Largest bedding company in the US and they can’t make a decent app. I am constantly having to unplug and plug in my bed so that the app will pair. Then anything, and i mean anything effects the “automatic features” so I’m constantly plugging and unplugging to the point where i had to buy a remote controlled device at Ikea that turns on and off the power to the bed. It’s asinine that in this age of technology Leggett&Platt has this inadequate technology.
Tired of resetting
I’ve had this bed for four years and I’ve always had a problem of having to unplug and replug the beds back in to reconnect the Bluetooth to the app. This app is horrible! I would think that after all these years of peoples complaints they would finally get their act together an update their app now, instead of from four years ago.
I have to unplug and replug the beds back in at least 10 times a week... this is ridiculous
Periodic Crashes
When I first bought the bed about 4 years ago, the app worked well. Then, it started crashing and I was told that the light under the bed needed to be disabled to get back to working order. While I didn’t consider that feature a necessity, I was disappointed that it had to be removed to make the app work. Since the bed was still under warranty, they sent someone to disable the light. The app worked fine for a while, until it started crashing once in a while. I discovered that pulling the electric plug out and then back again solves the problem. It was annoying, but tolerable, considering the infrequency of the app crashing. But since I upgraded to an iPhone 12, it crashes more frequently. It still gets fixed by unplugging and replugging, but having to get out of bed and do that late at night, when I’m exhausted, has become a real hassle. I hope Legget and Platt fixes this app soon or their reputation will be shot by all these bad reviews and they’ll be out of business.
My bed is stuck in the wrong position
My bed is sat upright and the app refuses to connect. Now I have a $2,500 piece of junk until I can find an old phone or tablet to use to connect and fix my bed. This is absurd.

The software is NOT compatible with Apple iOS 9 which has just been released. Leggett & Platt is not very helpful & they don't know who or if any one will be updating the app.
Will give this app more stars when the under bed light sensor works. Also need a way to reset the default settings for zero gravity, TV and sleep on the tablet back to the original settings.
Update 8-17-15 spoke to Leggett & Platt. They will not be updating the software & will not add the light sensor feature as described in their marketing brochure.
Double twin nightmare
Have been struggling with using this app with a dual twin king configuration for about 9 months now. Using two iPhones to independently control each bed frame is not very well implemented and THERE IS NO MANUAL CONTROLLER, so you are stuck with this app. The biggest problem is in keeping the phones paired with the correct bed. The Bluetooth is constantly getting confused between the two beds and the app seems to respond by automatically setting up a new bed setting FOR THE OTHER BED. This needs some serious work people, yet the app is still at 1.0.0 rev level. There are bugs in the app user interface such as sticky controls for example that could be fixed if nothing else. This is a serious investment and we have been left high and dry by the app developer. Apple please post this, people need to know!
Missing Something
Like others before me have stated... The underbed light sensor feature is missing. Plan to call L & P and see if their is a solution.
