Awful app and experience
Booked taxi and at the begging time wouldn’t change for few mins and after would increase the waiting time yet the “car” on the map wouldn’t have moved at all. Decided to cxl as seemed like no taxis available or driver busy with other stuff. When tried to open the app my account/ device been blacklisted - first time i used it and extremely disappointing experience. Strange business decisions and strategy.
Fills emails up with spam
As soon as I downloaded and registered and steady stream of spam emails began to fill up my inbox
Booking ignored
This is the response to my booking about 20mins after I made it: HI PREMIER CARS HERE IM SORRY I CAN NOT COVER YOUR BOOKING TIME SORRY AGAIN KIND REGARDS PREMIER TAXIS

Needs updating for IOS11
The app is great but urgently needs an update for IOS11 comparability. Premier Taxis are apparently talking to the authors about it, let's hope they get a move on.
