Won’t Open

I have had this app for several years and it worked fine for booking transportation. However in the last year it does not work at all. It won’t open, simply get the hourglassThat it’s trying to open. It never does. Has it been updated to coincide with updates to Apple’s iPhones? It appears not. If I have to call in to book my transportation, I may try another service.
