Can’t hear - wifi signal is 3 bars even using own strong Telstra mobile internet. Was on a call earlier this morning, all going fine, then caller couldn’t hear me while I could hear her. Then I could only sporadically hear her.

Can’t even login to the with the username and password. There no support page either. Very poor service.
iOS application does not answer calls - you get one ring then just a missed call notification whilst the call continues to ring on other non iOS platforms. Please fix this bug asap
Ever since this app was updated a few days ago. Almost all calls have been dropping out or going dead. This is causing issues for our entire office. Please fix it!!!!
App won’t work since updated iOS, a number of staff working from home and require usage asap as won’t work with wifi Was ok previously
I upgraded to iOS 14.2 and now can’t use the app when I use WiFi. Works fine with 4G - Please sort ASAP
