Our prenatal yoga & meditation (and postpartum) sessions fit your mood, schedule, trimester, or body ache (ex: Low Back Love, Making Space, Take a Pause, Hip Openers, Upper Back & Shoulders, Fatigue Release, Celebration & Appreciation, etc!). We keep everything short and flexible because we know you don't have a lot of time.
Simply put, we believe (and research proves) in the power of these tools to better prepare the body and mind for some of life’s biggest stages: birth and parenthood.

Unusable so glitchy

App is super glitchy. Doesn’t work with airplay/screen mirroring on Apple TV so can only watch on phone. There video shuts down after 10 seconds each time.

I love the motivation behind the creation of CARRY- to support all pregnant people in their pregnancies and postpartum time to feel empowered, to have easy access to accessible practices for all stages and days, and a soft place to land during this tender life phase. All of the teachers have such a passion for supporting folks in the perinatal time and bring so much practical knowledge and compassionate care to their offerings. I’m grateful to be included as a guide in these practices and wholeheartedly recommend people try it out.

Balanced, simple, lovely, not fussy

I love the simple yoga sessions that you can choose when you have the time (even a little) and headspace. This is my third baby and I don’t really have a lot of spare moments to go to classes, etc. I use this app to move and reflect and I feel better. So many of the other pregnancy apps and websites have too much stuff that you feel like you should do and then can’t or don’t and then feel guilt. Ack. I even tried the meditations on Carry (which I hadn’t done before) and loved them.

I had this app recommended by a few friends and it does not disappoint. It’s straight forward, welcoming and easy to navigate to what I need in the moment. The yoga sessions are a nice way to keep up your activity and focus on your body. The meditation options were great for my mental health. It’s amazing how a few guided minutes of focus can make the daily stress fade. All of this contributed to a much more pleasant and manageable pregnancy and recovery after. The links to resources were also a big help. I used them frequently. Overall I find this app to be just what I need.

I started using Carry in my early postpartum weeks and enjoyed the mommy and baby yoga classes so much as a way to connect with my daughter while also coming home to my body. The classes also gave me tools and ideas of things to do with her, soothe her, and share with my partner.

After trying multiple prenatal yoga apps (some dedicated, some just a part of their offering), I landed on Carry as my go-to app for pre- and postpartum yoga and meditation. I really enjoyed the authenticity of the instructors - they thoroughly describe movements and adjustments. Seeing real pregnant people doing the moves was also incredibly helpful. Their focused content based on trimester made finding exactly what my body and mind needed in that moment so easy - one less thing to stress over! And I really loved the variety of sessions - full flows for higher energy days, shorter sessions when all you can manage is 15 minutes, and focused efforts when your lower back is killing you. I only wish the great content continued further into the postpartum journey - I didn’t want to say goodbye!
