it took me half an hour to actually sign up and log in and even then my due date is very wrong as you can not select the date. I'm now worrying I've wasted 3.99!!!! It better get better

This app is helpful for me to keep fit even I am pregnant. I know what I can do in the first three mothns of pregnancy. I will not miss the best period for my fitness care. There are lots of hd videos that shows how to keep the right yoga pose. There are lots of information for me to keep fit. It is great.

The poses are nice and easy but the app is super frustrating. Very upset I spent money on it , there’s a lot better free alternatives. Regular videos on the internet are going to provide you with more information and support then these badly illustrated/ audio clips

Great for stretching, getting the blood flowing. Circulation is really important during pregnancy and this definitely helps as well as keeping you active. If it was to much or to strenuous I just substitute for something easier and try it again next time. Definitely gonna be my go to workout!

It is a grate yoga exercise guide app for iPhone. I use daily morning, I learn many yoga with this app really happy to use this app. It has video guide so very easy to learn with step by step guide. It has many facilities for our body health. I thank again to this app developer.
