Content is great but the app itself is lacking. If you get an answer incorrect, it has plenty of room to display the correct answer but instead cuts it off and makes you scroll through a tiny box. Video feature could use improvements-if you’re not on WiFi, videos do not load well, buffer, etc., Also, there’s no option to play the next video without leaving the video, clicking on the one that would be next and hitting play. Cumbersome. For the questions section, you have to start from the beginning every time, which isn’t helpful if I have a disruption and close out. Same for the flash cards.

Repetitive questions, doesn’t give you the correct answer to missed questions but gives you the “theory” for the correct answer but doesn’t allow you to see what your options were to figure it out what the correct answer was, and doesn’t give you an option to save your place when answering questions. I have this and Compucram and I would not recommend this app to anyone.

Itlll let you go through two questions then it wants your debit card. How about NOT! Lol

Is more frustrating than helpful. In the quiz section if you get the multiple question answer wrong it does not tell you the correct answer nor does it allow you to page back to review the question. You can not learn if you can not find out the right answer nor see where you went wrong. Don’t wast your money...find another testing guide. Totally wasted my time and I was under the gun to pass.

The tools like the questions by topic and the simulated test were my tools to take the NMLS course. It especially helps me to improve my English and to understand better the question. Being via the app was easier because I also could doing other stuff like cleaning or cooking. Thank you very much.

That app itself is what I’m rating. Videos will not play audio unless you take your phone of vibrate. Videos will buffer as if on dial up, whenever you’re not on WiFi. Videos do not play from one to the next, so you have to click out, find the next one and hit play. Leadership board causes app to crash. If you hide any flash cards before you complete all of the flash cards, the app doesn’t give credit for having gone thru them all. For paying as much as I did, I would expect the app to work more efficiently and be more user friendly.
