terrible app in my opinion, poorly designed and rushed.

App was working well until the recent update. This recent update is actually very bad. First, I don’t think you should upload an app update when it isn’t ready for use, all for a new User interface? I mean what’s the use of a new UI when the app itself is actually not working. Secondly, why put so many buttons that doesn’t even have any function? If the app is still in development stage, then leave the old interface until this version is actually ready, why rush an incomplete update? My complaint: My balance is empty and I’m pretty sure I left some funds in my account. Also, there’s no customer support to reach out to on the app to help with the issue, and you have so many buttons that are actually not clickable(I do not want to use the word “useless”), plus you can’t even login directly. To be honest this app is really bad or the update I’ll say. You didn’t have to rush an update when the old version was working perfectly. I don’t normally rate apps but here I am to rate this particular update, and let you know how bad the app is. Please fix it real quick.
