Bad customer support

You have better options available like marrow BTR You get login issues and the customer support waiting time is 3-4 days and still they cant resolve your problem Faculty is good But you will face trouble while using the app

Poor Support

Support is really really poor. Plus Business Managers are running a scam, talked to the higher ups but the issue remained unsolved.

Bad service

PrepLadder experience has been rather frustrating as it is very hard to get in touch with the support team for important things and when they do eventually respond it tends to be copy pasted responses that don’t really answer what was asked nor really aim to solve the issue at hand. The email responses may say one thing, the call team will say something else and things continually get “escalated” to “seniors” who will supposedly call back but never actually do. Overall a frustrating experience due to this. Would not recommend.

App will crash in between

Unusual. App crash in between doing McQ ..loosing intensity and concentration

Login issue

Dealing with login issue for few days now , due to kyc verification. Tried logging out from all devices and no change. This happened before also!

Logout problem

Worst app , we can't even change the device . I lost my device , now I want to login in new device but it says device limit reach , even after paying, we don't have access to our account .... prepladder is looting people

Issue with Application while login

No proper customer support, too much lagging problems while reviews the GT and application not working properly. Most worst things question not visible till 3-5 minutes

Abusing the data

I don’t !!! even for a SECONDS trust them with my official ids be it for verification or anything.I am pretty sure they make more money selling off data than they make selling courses. Ridiculous how government is allowing this to happen. Never subscribing again !. It’s a classic, abusing people who don’t understand these things…it’s the same every where specially with doctors..study, work hard and then always have someone one up you.. be it at the hospitals or now even online.

Login issues solved

App poor customer services

Worst app with worst customer services. They keep on changing their own god damn policies without informing their customers and if you complaint or raise a ticket they will solve the issue as per their choice not your issue. You will cry and regret buying it) I purchased the subscription 2 years back, their notes also don’t upload, app keeps crashing and u keep calling customer care will keep highlighting your case. Better look for another platforms))
