I can’t say enough good things about this app. Easy to use, not cluttered like others and parents like the design. Teachers find it easy to use and not time consuming. The developers are great and always searching for ways to improve. As a childcare provider, my employees find it very easy to enter information. The application is simple, precise and organized. It offers a lot of information and cuts out all of the clutter. i would recommend this app to everyone. You never have to worry about paperwork being lost and it fits perfectly with being a digital operation.

I recently had a chance to review the preschool2me app. I have to admit I was a little skeptical at first. Being a classroom teacher, I am aware that time is a precious commodity in any classroom. Administrative tasks take precious time away from quality learning moments in a classroom, and must always be balanced with the important task of keeping parents informed and involved with their child’s day to day activities. This app generates a daily report for each child. The app shows the daily learning opportunities that each child has, and keeps track of what the child had to eat, diapers and naps. The parent is provided a really clear, precise accounting of their child’s day, and it takes less time to fill out than regular pen and paper daily sheets!! The teacher can generate lesson plans weeks in advance, and the app allows each classroom to customize the activities they want to cover; and teachers can leave personal notes and comments, as well. The biggest selling point for the parents will be the Daily Picture option. So many parents of young children feel like they’re missing out on their child’s milestones. With this app, they’ll get to see pictures of what their child is doing while they are away, and not only that, but they’ll be able to show them to grandma and grandpa from their smart phone! While this is an app that is intended to communicate with smart devices, it has the flexibility of allowing the report to be sent via email, or even printed out daily. The teacher portion of the app is extremely easy to use. All you need is a tablet and you are good to go. Once you enter information on the web site you can use the app on a phone or a tablet to complete the day to day tasks. The app is super easy to navigate and recording the daily info is simple with many drop down menus and preset options. It’s literally a matter of taps and clicks. From attendance tracking features to a reminder for parents to bring supplies, this app will help not only teachers but entire daycare centers provide great care for children!

Creating daily activity reports is very easy with Preschool2me Teacher app. I like how it is broken down into sections. The buttons for food and nap time make it very quick to make multiple entires. Attendance management can be improved. Overall very easy to use and time saver!

I really enjoy using the Preschool2me app to communicate effectively with parents daily. It is an added bonus that parents get to see a picture of what their child has been doing that day. Being able to type instead of writing is a quicker and easier way to write their daily communication sheet as well. Overall we love it!
