Presence Video Security Camera

Waste of money. Putrid developer suddenly makes it impossible to use on my old phones. You’ll never get another cent out of me.

Being a middle aged disabled man that collects valuable things, this app is a godsend. Brilliant work team! Thank you for helping me feel safe & secure and knowing I’ll be alerted if needed. Can’t praise Presence enough.

Review for iPhone SE system for presence app. There video shows the guided access not allowing video to be turned off. Bullish?t I won’t say how to turn it off because I paid for this junk to be secure. iPhone Se don’t work . iPhone se was made after the iPhone 6 they say is the oldest phone to use. I’ll worry another review on my other phone to update new users if the developers take notice of the fed back and rectify anything.

I’ve tried adding an iPhone 4s and an iPhone X as cameras but the ‘This camera’ button won’t respond, seems frozen. Also when I try to add the geofencing location the app locks up and I have to exit and reopen the app to get it going again. I wish this was less glitchy as it seems like a really great app otherwise. Sorry, I’ve moved on to something better.

Installed on 2 phones worked fine at first. Then it kept disappeared.

Have used this app for a few years but recently it is very slow and tapping on a remote camera does nothing, restarting both devices fixes it temporarily but the issue soon returns. No longer reliable enough so not worth using.

I hate this app. It’s the second time I’ve given it a go and paid a subscription and for some unknown reason the security cameras just stop working despite being charged up, plugged into power and functioning as they should. You have to actually physically reset the cameras and you can’t do it remotely so it’s pointless as a security camera if you’re away. It seems to work for a couple of days and then just stops without warning. I’ve contacted support who tell you to do all these things which you obviously can’t do if you’re away and if you delete the camera and add it again as they suggest, it won’t add. It has to be reset manually. It’s useless unless you’re constantly home to monitor it so in other words you may as well forget it if you want it to secure your home whilst away. Additionally, there is a long lapse before it records after picking up motion despite being set to ‘sensitive small movements’ so once it starts recording the intruder or whatever motion set it off, they have disappeared out of sight! Absolute rubbish!

For a free app it has everything. Upgrade to the paid version and it’s just as good

Iv used this App for a years now. First when I had a guest I was sure was riffling through my stuff in my room. It snapped her out straight away. Even caught her having a whole conversation with dead grandfather(herself) on my bed. Lots these kinds of apps only record 15secs or few minutes. Just recently the footage from this app was most useful. A ex flatmate who I'd kicked out for not paying rent, stealing, misuse of my equipment and general stupidity, had broken into my house. I had a clue she might as I'd seen her on my front porch the night before and she ran away as soon as I showed up. She has destroyed my Swann cameras around the property and stole the black box. The Swann cloud app only let me keep mark 3 pieces of footage to keep the rest was deleted after 24hours and was only in 15sec parts. However the footage I got off this apps cloud showed a decent amount without much delay. Also easily downloaded to device. It was the bread saver for me and was proof I needed to prosecute. And this was with the free version. While the Swann cloud would only let you share a link or pay a stupid monthly amount in American money. I'd much rather subscription to this one. It's also user friendly and a great way to use the outdated IPads and phones one might have laying around.

Current version seems to have a mind of its own. I cannot turn the phone that is operating as a camera off and it is sending notifications non stop, even though the app is set to “at home” Complete rubbish and should be removed until it can be fixed
