Paid for pro but can’t access pro presets
Don’t download this app. I paid for the pro version to have access to all the presets and they took my money but I still don’t have access to the presets

Nice app
This is great
I hate to leave negative reviews but…
I just purchased subscription for one year. Yet, when I try to access the presets, following the steps laid out on app, I cannot. I also tried to contact help desk, but nothing. I, therefore, had no other recourse but to cancel subscription. But there is no option for being refunded for yearly subscription. If I am wrong, please advise. But if not, it is a shame. Feels like I was scammed.

I love this app! I got it from a free app card at Starbucks, and I'm glad that I picked it up! This is an amazing app that I would recommend for anyone who likes to make cool photos. 😃
My Favorite App
Prsts is the best photo editing app I've ever used. I've tried expensive editing apps and they've all fallen short of Prsts. My favorite feature is "tune image" because I can edit the imagine however I want to, it's so much better and more personalized. I can't wait to see what feature the future updates will have!
