Best Bank Ever

Not user friendly.
The bank and the people are great. The app is awful. I don’t have a bank account with them I just have a loan/credit card. So to pay my bill every month I have to go through a ridiculous amount of steps. I shouldn’t have to click on a separate page then fill out a form. Name. Email, member ID. Etc and it’s really tedious to have to go in and put in my bank account information every month. The app itself hers a 1/5 stars from me.

The app improved a way better. At the beginning I was a little confused because my password changed. I tried three times and the account was blocked. One of the employees helped me and now it's working great. I'm so excited because this new version has ID touch password on iPhones. The experience is easier and more competitive against other banks. Thanks guys for improving the app. Having a good app is a "must have" for any bank or credit union in 2019. A+
