The app is very easy to use and did exactly what it claimed. Was able to sell a gift card and got paid out in less than an hour, will definitely use again in the future.

Fraudulent they will totally rip you off don’t bother with this company there are better options out there in fact this is one of the worst ones I have ever seen refuse to even cancel the transaction when you realize they are giving you $9 for a $200 gift card even when you tell them to cancel it they are commenting fraud on the highest levels

Horrible experience and feels like a total scam. I sold $200 worth of Amazon gift cards, expecting fair value, but only received $17 in cryptocurrency. When I reached out to support, they casually explained it was due to a “low exchange rate.” There was no clear disclaimer or warning, such as, “Are you sure? You’ll lose 91.5% of your money.” The process was misleading and felt like outright theft. Avoid this service at all costs unless you want to be taken advantage of.

I sent bitcoin to my wallet and I didn’t receive it but this people’s has changed my wallet and generate a new bitcoin wallet. They received my bitcoin twice and that’s really bad . BAD APPLICATION‼️‼️‼️

This app is the biggest scam ever. Do not use. I traded a $75 Amazon gift card and they gave me $6 in crypto. I thought the $6 was the transaction fee. Not what they were giving me. They gave me 8% of my money. Never use this app.

I’ve sold many gift cards now to this app (all for crypto) and I’ve had every transaction go through. Was it without issues? Not exactly. My funds arrived for each transaction I have made in full, but often after having to reach out to support about a transaction before anything actually gets done. And then, once support messages back, 9/10 my funds appear in my wallet almost within the same few minutes. It has gotten to the point where it feels almost like someone at the office is probably goofing off or something, and my message finally got the ball rolling on my sale. It’s very frustrating. That is honestly my biggest issue with the app. Support all very kind and courteous, but crypto is still money and a payment is still a payment. I don’t like when people play games with my money. I have never felt nervous about receiving payment when selling my gift cards here except probably the first time. I just wish I didn’t have to talk to anyone about it in the process. I am confident I’ll get my payment, but over an hour after a transaction is marked “completed” to receive funds is excessive unless it’s a slower coin like BTC. My only other issue would be the selection of gift cards you can sell is a bit limited. No option for Google play gift cards in particular. Otherwise, I love this app and don’t really see a reason not to use it

I’ve been looking for ways to spend crypto without having to convert to cash first, and this seems like a good solution. I bought an Amazon gift card and paid $510 for a $500 card, but I’m happy overall with a $10 mark up to be able to use my crypto to buy things. I had a problem with the app and didn’t know where to find my transaction (it just said no transaction after I sent the $510) but later discovered after chatting with support that the transaction was succesdul and that I had to choose ‘gift cards’ under transactions since the default is ‘cryptocurrency history’. Well, it worked and I redeemed my gift code on amazon so now $500 is in there. The one thing so far I didn’t like is that when I tried to purchase visa gift cards is that it doesn’t tell you it’s sold out until after you go a few steps select the card and then try to buy it. It shouldn’t allow you to try to buy something that isn’t available IMO. Customer service stayed with me until my problem was solved. In the beginning there was some frustration and confusion but eventually they understood my issue and was able to help me. I was impressed that the agent always responded fairly promptly even when I started feeling frustrated going in circles and asked to speak to the supervisor a couple times. Overall I’m happy with the app and service and hope to use it more.
