I was browsing through the Touch n Go catalogue for PrestoMall and I realized that every items on there costs almost 30-50% more than what it supposed to cost on other platforms like Lazada or Shopee. There isn’t much reason to spend your heard earned points on TnG and use it to redeem product partially where you could buy the same product on other platforms, often times at least RM10 cheaper. As a side note, points redemption is much more valuable on Grab, if it wasn’t because of the next issue. PrestoMall uses this pretty unknown courier called eFMX to deliver your stuff. Oh boy, expect at least 2 months before you get to see your item and couple more customer support between PrestoMall and eFMX. Every RM1 spend on TnG worth only 1 point, make your points count. Do your research on the product you are buying before actually getting it and have full knowledge that your item will be arrive at least 1 month late.

Absolutely pathetic.They said my reward code isnt working however when I contact them,they dont answer.I advise no one use their site and app Wasted my 7000 points

Quite disappointed with the presto. Already 1 month since I order my robot vacuum cleaner until now I haven't received or shipped it. I ordered on 18th June 2023, today is already 24th July 2023. Please don't use this app to do shopping. Use another platform, please. From Malaysia. Thank you 🙏🏻

I downloaded the app to redeem my bonuslink points by buying an item on 10 april 2023 seller by Presto Home & Living. As of today (29 April 2023), status still preparing for shipment. When email the customer service, the reply i received is the item is out of stock, they will ship the item when the stock is available. If out of stock, why not put it out of stock in the first place? when purchased and then need to wait not sure until when only received the item. really bad relied by customer service presto and also not customer centric. if you are planning to use presto, stop !!

I’ve redeemed a XiaoMi cooker from Grab and applied the voucher code in PrestoMall on the 16th of April and even paid the shipping. When I checked today it shows no transaction nor order found. Seriously? How can an app this old be this incompetent and lose my order? The only proof I have is just a M2U transaction that I made with PrestoMall in regards to the shipping.
