So unstable app. Keeps cutting off and never was able to retrieve my history receipts

PrestoPark is a Swiss Company. I don’t know how it works there, but in Italy it’s a disaster just to register your personal and payment info after downloading the app. I live near Monopoli in Puglia, Italy where the town had previously offered EasyPark and now offers PrestoPark. Monopoli is the only commune I know in Puglia that uses this app. If you’re visiting Monopoli where parking is tight and expensive, just pay the low-tech way and be done with it. If you have a car, beautiful Monopoli isn’t as attractive, peaceful and convenient as it once was in good part to newly arrived excess tourism and a crazy parking situation made worse with the introduction of PrestoPark.

Need to select a city of residence to create an account and it should not need that.

Crashes. Bas user interface . Only slightly better than the ghastly website

web vs app is not synced, neither one works or is maintained. wondering how long until the physical parking meters stop working too and we park finally for free again

The company PrestoPark cannot effectively manage their own web page and does not even have the basic functionality to pay a parking ticket on their app or webpage nor do they have a support number to contact them.

Malgré au moins 5 tentatives de nouveau moyen de paiement ( carte Visa du CCF), il n’y a pas moyen. Avez vous une solution z part payer en espece !!!
