The app is very frustrating and unreliable. I hope it gets updated and have a better version. It’s demotivating to use this app.

Every-time I try to use the app it won’t load and I have to either shut off my phone and restart it or delete the app and reload it. If you don’t have a strong signal it is impossible to complete shops in real time. It could really use an overhaul. Sassie are you listening

So glitchy

Unstable and frustrating app ever. It has to be reloaded several times a week, it sometimes switches the map to another location, and more than once it has crapped out in the middle of conducting a mystery shop.

90% of time I have to shut off phone and back on to have app load. This has been with 2 different phones and I’ve installed, uninstalled and anything else. Big issue.

How can an app this glitchy, this unattractive and this clumsy exist in 2024? It boggles my mind that this even exists. Information doesn’t load, the app lags, freezes. It’s a mess and provides no direct way to accept and execute jobs. I haven’t done even one shop yet because there are so many disparate action items from different platforms. This company needs to invest in its tech a little more.

It’s an awful app that isn’t user friendly. Completed all tasks as required and was auto rejected saying I didn’t make revisions in time but I never attempted to revise. More of a headache than anything. Intellishop needs to ditch this app , was much better using the old system for completing shops.

It’s a great app and works perfectly. It’s a fun side hustle with easy to do jobs and great pay.

The support you receive on this app when you have a problem is the worst. The people who reply are often rude and try to just argue with you instead of helping you …update… 7/8/24… wow… just wow!!!

Is there any bug fixes? Well, I’ve had this app for a couple months now and it crashes on me. When I go back, there’s nothing there. I have to unload it and load it back and I just don’t like doing it that much everything else I love about this app. The jobs are great. The money that you’re getting paid to do them. We’re pretty good. There’s lots of jobs on this app. I just really wish the bugs would be fixed.
