genuinely a great alternative for the official youtube app- has pretty much all the usual features PLUS there's no in-video ads, playback with the screen off, a PIP player and best of all, no shorts page. instead of being pushed short-form content in an endless stream of algorithmically chosen videos designed to steal your attention for hours, you can access an individual creator's shorts from their channel page. i seriously cannot thank the devs enough for making this app and giving me a way to access the content i want without getting constantly sucked into the entropic brainrot machine that is youtube shorts <3

Videos always buffering

Please fix it! Love that you can listen to the audio in background, and speed it up. But the video always stops and buffers!
