Misleading information, terrible customer support and a product that doesn’t work. Save yourself the headaches and just give cash.

If you can't use the gift card properly then it's a partial failure: the barcode for Countdown is too small to be scanned. That means you have to type in the code. That makes me wonder if you tested this properly. Overall painful, as it takes ages to make the payment using a Prezzee -- around 3 minutes versus it should be maybe just a few seconds. It's very awkward and makes using Prezzee undesirable. The previous time I used a Prezzee it took even longer because they had to call a supervisor to explain why the small barcode won't work. This is not really an experience that I want to repeat or give to anyone else.

Received a Prezzee gift for a referral, nice right? Wrong. The sign up and redemption is so complicated it’s pretty much unusable. I’d prefer a physical Prezzie card - you can actually use them.
