WHY A ‘GAY’ FITNESS PROGRAM?
There is no difference between a gay or straight fitness program except that this is our space. Cultivating environments for gay people to meet, lift each other up, and build confidence together is, and will continue to be, hugely important to offset traditionally non queer-friendly places. I love the workout programs and I follow them religiously. My only issue is that if I exit out of the app even for a minute it will restart the app and I’ll have to restart the workout sessions? If that makes any sense? Like, it doesn’t stay out at the workout I was on when I exit out of the app. Not sure if that’s an issue on my end or not.
Fantastic
Sam has created an excellent thorough platform to improve all areas of your health and fitness. He makes it fun, exciting, and doable. The app takes some getting used to, especially if you are familiar with TrueCoach or other fitness apps, but it’s a treasure trove of workouts on demand AND program-based, plus habit tracking, nutrition, recipes, and so much more. And knowing it’s by and for LGBT+ (and allies) makes it all the better. I’m obsessed! 🌈
A slick app with efficient workouts and a superb coach!
Pridefit is an incredible app that lets me challenge and add to my workouts. I’m already a serious gym person but some of these workouts taught me how to be more efficient with less equipment, which is helpful in my hectic work life
Great App to get you in Shape
I really like your app overall. The graphics are amazing. The fact that it shows rest time is really good. It syncs with the health app, which is great. I love that they added a Journal feature and the possibility of connecting to the community. The On-demand workout options are incredible for those moments when you need to do a quick workout. THE RECIPES, OMG, I really like that. That’s a great thing to have on a workout app, and not many give you that option. They are really putting in the work, and I know it’s not easy. RECOMMEND 100%
I’m quitting my gym membership
This has been the greatest fitness app I've ever used and I’ve now used quite a few. The workouts are clear, flexible, and push me to my limits. Now that I have a set of alternating weight dumbells I don’t even need the gym anymore with this at home program. (They have a gym program too if you prefer). I’m so sick of the gym, how crowded it gets, and how much time it takes out of my day to travel there and back. Now I can get the same if not better results at home all while feeling way more motivated and consistent. If you ever get bogged down there is a whole amazing community here with warm welcome arms to help you out and feel seen/heard and answer any questions needed. Have questions about form? You’ll get a personal response to check in on how your doing if you send a video to them. You even get a personal zoom meeting with Sam and others to get you started. I cannot recommend this app more!
Truly the BEST fitness app
Pridefit has truly made a tremendous impact on my life! Before Pridefit, I was struggling with my fitness journey. I wasn’t able to find a program or routine that felt right for me. It seemed like no matter what I tried or did, I wasn’t improving or gaining any progress along this journey. Last October I decided to sign up for Pridefit, and I already knew within a few weeks that I made the right decision. Pridefit has allowed me to grow and prosper in my fitness journey more than I could have ever imagined. With Pridefit, I have gained a brand new confidence in the gym that I never had before. I now feel empowered to try new exercises and push myself without second guessing or doubting myself. Pridefit has also changed my perspective of working out. Now, I am excited everyday to go to the gym and work out, knowing that I am improving myself every step of the way. There is no program like Pridefit! It’s the best way to catapult yourself into the best version of you!
Fantastic workout app!
This is a super helpful app for anyone who needs a little extra workout inspiration and motivation at the gym. I particularly love the on-demand workout videos, as my busy schedule doesn’t always allow for consistent weekly workouts. Highly recommend!
Get it done
Finally found a program I can stick to, that challenges me, and has helped me see real results. I feel stronger and better than ever, and it’s helped make working out a default in my life, instead of something I have to force myself to do. Download this and do it.

Great investment
I’ve been a Pridefit member for about eight months and am so glad I signed up. This program strikes a good balance between guidance and independence, with eight-week sessions you can follow to the letter, along with dozens of on-demand workouts you can sub in if you want. The online community is friendly and supportive, and help from the coaches if available if needed. I think the best thing about Pridefit is that the goal of the workouts and nutrition is not just to have a “good” body, but to gain the tools for leading a good life. Highly recommend!
