Everyone hyped this place up for what?!! The $50 coupon code they sent me is invalid at the dang restaurant I ordered at ? I’m done dealing w this place ! Horrible app food was not good it’s over priced !! I won’t be going back there

Forgot to put sausage on pizza overcooked white pizza don’t think I will order anything again

Ordered delivery for Father’s Day and my dad wanted celery and blue cheese with his wings but after paying the driver came and there was no celery and blue cheese for my dad or celery and ranch for my mom even though they were on the receipt.

Ordered 18 bone in wings with celery and ranch through the app. We were notified the order would be ready so we clicked on our way. We waited at least twenty mins for our order. The sign outside said they would bring your order out to your car, they never did, we had to go inside and get it. And, there was nobody at the pick up desk! A patron told me my order was there. When we got home, what we got was not what we ordered- we ordered 18 bone in wings with celery &ranch - we got 10 boneless wings and no celery/ranch. What a disaster, very disappointed.

Ordered Buffalo and honey buffalo wings. Only got Buffalo and other not flavored. Also added to each order of wings 1 ranch with celery and 1 blue cheese and celery. Dressings were in order but neither celery.

The web site isn’t very user friendly .. I struggled to find the cart.. when placing the order I had to go back and lost my whole order so I had to restart !!

One of the more recent updates to the app have made it frustrating when picking up the food. Once you select “On my way”, it prompts you to enter your parking spot and click I’m here. But once you get even close to the restaurant it checks you in by itself without a parking spot. I’ve had to go in twice now and find my food because the staff didn’t know I was there.

App won’t let me log in after multiple password changes and re downloading app. Do better

I love this brand, always looking out for their customers and taking feedback seriously.

Use love the app worked good but now even face recognition know me and start to login and comes up with invalid token. Change password a few times still get this. Please fix this
