Prime Opinion: Survey for Cash

I’ve been with Prime Opinion for a year and earnt just under $300 in that time. It is a legitimate survey app that incentivises well with prizes and level ups. I appreciate their platform for having as many surveys as they do to encourage consumer and service feedback. Yet over the last month, since they have updated their app. The app now crashes all the time. If I’m logged in and press on a survey. The survey freezes and you press on broken survey. If you try to go back to the Home Screen, you get a ‘white out’ screen where it is totally white and can’t proceed further. You then have to uninstall, reinstall and sign back in. To then go back into another survey and crash again. Prime opinion have always been wonderful. Yet I’ve given a three only as I can no longer use the app. It’s completely frozen and I will lose my survey streak which they encourage. As it just no longer works

This app has been a disappointment. Now I avoid using it because it crashes constantly and makes me loose time and money. If Prime Opinion wants to be a top tier survey site it has to fix this app. I’m on the top 1% of users by surveys completed but probably my ratio of website vs app is 9 to 1. Most of the surveys that started in tha app get frozen. It doesn’t worth the effort in this current version.

Took three times longer than it said!

I truly don’t know how this has over four stars. I’m convinced they were paid to write the reviews. This is possibly the WORST survey app I’ve ever used. The pay is absolutely minimal and you’ll be lucky to be accepted into 1/20 surveys. Also such fun when you spend fifteen minutes on the survey and it boots you off and says you’re not eligible. Definitely do not sign up for this survey app, it’s absolutely horrendous.

Earns my first 10 bucks by completing surveys and playing a couple of games ~ about 3hrs… not bad for sitting on my backside… and it cashed out to my PayPal account no problem, so tick. Only thing is now I’ve noticed there’s only really low value surveys available, and I can’t play any of the games on my iPad because apple doesn’t have the same games. So it’s a sink or swim situation at this stage. Will keep trying, see how it goes… some of the surveys are engaging enough, but some of them drag on and take way longer than the estimated time, or so it seems. Need higher earnings but. I think these apps should pay a little more.
