The technical issues and drop in quality are not it
I've been an avid Princess Polly customer since around 2020-2021, and had no technical issues with them until now. I couldn't log in to the online site for some reason and when I contacted tech support, not only did they not bother trying to address or fix the problem but they only offered me a 25% discount code, which is basically nothing considering their price point and the fact that they regularly give out discount codes of 30-35% anyway. I don't know what bug is causing this but I'm devastated and disappointed with the result and the customer service response. Also, reviews posted on the app don't show up even online, so I honestly think they just don't bother posting any of the app reviews. As for the actual brand, I feel like it used to be good or at least decent for the price point, but recently their prices have gone up and the quality has not been able to keep up. Nowadays, half the clothes I buy from them are giving fast fashion/Shein-core, just at 4x the price. I would save your money and shop somewhere more ethical that actually cares about its customers.

Awful quality stuff never gets here on time
For such expensive clothes the quality is awful not to mention there stuff never gets here on time even after paying extra money for faster shipping 👎

App issues.
The store is great and the clothes are even better, i love their pieces, HOWEVER. it does not allow me to add ANYTHING in my cart. I AM SO FRUSTRATED because it lets me add stuff on the website, but i cant add anything to my cart in the app and i am signed in. I have tried everything, it just always says cart is empty sick of it. Please fix this.
