Payment methods and profiles
Unable to delete other old payment methods. It tells me I am not authorized to delete any payment method when it’s my account. Also when checking a family of 6, I have to switch to individual profiles for my children when it should be as easy as seeing them under my account. This is a pain when I’m checking in at the gym, front desk used to just help click on the pc so there’s not a long line because it takes 3-4 minutes to check my family in. Front desk now won’t do it and demands to be checked in manually or write their name on a roster. Like really? Be more efficient Princeton!
