It was one of the few apps that listed my network printer. It printed the test pages. And I paid to unlock and now it only prints one page of the 6 in a pdf document. You want me to install some software to run on my computer - the point was or print from my phone without having to switch on my computer. Waste of money really.
App stopped working as required. Very annoying but the help/support team was very prompt to offer solutions which helped resolve the problem. It does seem that the app has some teething problems but I will continue using it and working with it as it is quite useful and user friendly when working.
As always PrintDirect delivers a product that works well with any of the 3 printers in my network. Very easy to set up, use and navigate. Well recommended

UPDATE: v1.7 freezes when I enter the setup screen. It finds the printer but I can't complete setup. I'm running iOS 5.1.1 on an iPod Touch 4th Gen. This app won't satisfactorily print to a networked HP LaserJet 4M (via HP JetDirect). It prints a few pages of gobbledygook then many blank pages. It appears that the printing driver is not correctly configured. The supplier suggests installing WePrint on my PC. I'm guessing that's a server. So this would mean firing up a PC just to print a 1-pager from my iPhone. Not an elegant solution - if I switch on the PC, I might as well bring up Outlook while I'm at it and forget the app.
Great for printing monthly schedules and emails
Easy to connect my Canon MX885, however print quality is sub standard. Documents print double and graphics in 16 bit. You can use pc/Mac application however I need to be able to print quality docs direct from iPhone thus not worth the effort or coin.
