Description

With PrinterShareTM you can print photos, contacts, and web pages. Many other apps, including Mail, Safari and Notes, allow you to copy something and then paste it into PrinterShare for printing.

FEATURES

Using paid PrinterShare app you can print the following content:

- Photos and images;
- Web pages, emails and attachments;
- Contacts;
- Content copied to clipboard (using Paste to Print);
- Content shared from other apps using the Action button.

You can print via:

- Wi-Fi (using a Wi-Fi Direct printer or using a Wi-Fi router as a middleman);
- Bluetooth (only on supported Apple MFi certified printers);
- PC or Mac (if your printer is shared using PrinterShare Console desktop client or standard tools of your computer's OS);
- Google Cloud Print;

USING PRINTERS

Printing on Nearby wireless printers

Most of the Wi-Fi printers are detected automatically. PrinterShare can print on such printers directly in case they are supported by the app.

If your printer is not among supported, you can print as well using the PrinterShare Console desktop app. As long as your printer available from a Windows or Mac computer, you can print via the Console. To use it, download the PrinterShare Console software on that computer from www.printershare.com .
PrinterShare app installed on your mobile device will find printers shared via the Console automatically. However, please note that your printer should be connected to the same Wi-Fi network to which your mobile device is connected.

Remote printing via the Internet

Also, you can print on printers located anywhere in the world via the Internet. This will require the same Console software installed on the computer at the receiving end, and a PrinterShare Console account registered. Complimentary 100 pages for Remote Printing under the same account.

Not good

Got the paid version and initially linked to my printer but now can't find it. Also won't link to my Mac email account. Help and support is rubbish to non existent. And no refunds.

Works like a charm

Epson's iprint software can't print to my Epson Stulus Photo 1400 because you can only connect it to Airport with a USB cable. Printershare can. It found the printer straight away, printed a pdf attached to an email just by holding on the attachment and clicking on the Printershare icon. Excellent.

Total Crap

I installed the free version and got it to print the test page on my Lexmark C522, so I bought the full version and it does not work at all. Save yourself time, trouble and money and give it a miss. Total rubbish

Printershare

Installed on iPhone can't get it to print emails. Keeps bringing up error code. Tried emailing company...no response. Don't bother waste of money.

How frustrating this app is .? out of all the printers it can't or won't find a Kodak ESP Office 2170 series, put the IP address in and still can't connect ,logo says printing then freezes up press stop and locks up got to shut down pad . Load of rubbish .

Something wrong somewhere

The free version indicated that it worked but the paid version had other ideas! Everything seems ok until you actually ask it to print. It looks as if it is working and then shuts down completely and that is with a new Canon air print compatible. (not supported) . I would not recommend this until you are sure it will work with your printer. Canon's own software supports it but only for photos and scanning. I was hoping this would do better. Sadly it doesn't.

Looked promising - failed to deliver

I was recommended this from someone who has it working well, was even shown a demonstration on his iPad printing a document. I installed it on iPhone - app opens and immediately closes/crashes. I installed it on to iPad is does the same - crashes immediately. How do I get my money back or get an app that actually works on my phone? On investigation - if I have the wifi on my iPhone turned off the app 'works' (doesn't crash - no use though as want to print to wifi printer) - interesting as app says wifi is on!!! Turn wifi on and app opens for a few seconds and then crashes!!! What a pile of ........... Updated the app - still doesn't work - I feel I have been conned. When is there going to be an update that actually enables the application to work?
