Still waiting for photos and reply
They only reply in the middle of the night. When i agreed to replacement photos rather than refund I’m still waiting and now now reply. I want my refund. All feels very dodgy.

Where are the UK stores?!
I live in Manchester, app says No Stores Found, I try Liverpool, No Stores Found, I tried London, No Stores Found, I tried Birmingham, No Stores Found, finally tried Cardiff, found a store 19 miles away! Now safe to say there are ASDA, Tesco & other stores in all these cities. Why are none of them working with this app? Totally pointless, guess I should delete the app.
1hr... or 14 days
I downloaded this as I thought it would save me having to make an unnecessary trip to Tescos. Uploading of photos was a little smoother than other apps I tried like Photobox, but still required patience and several attempts. But at least it picked up the upload from where it had left off. Some strange quirks. 4x6” is more expensive than 7x5”. I was offered the choice of having photos mailed to me or collecting them from Max Spielman. The latter was incredibly expensive (>50p/photo). When I ordered them by mail, I was informed that I should allow 14 days for delivery. All the advertisements for this App speak about 1hr turnabout. Now I’m waiting up to 14 days when Tescos is 4 miles down the road and they have photo print machines. Disappointing.
Scam or just ignorant
Ordered photos to be delivered, 9 months pregnant and didn’t want to go to the supermarkets at a time like this, my order was accepted, email confirmation received, money taken, then a day later a new email saying that an error had occurred and told me to rebuy the photos. Emailed asking about a refund for the first time they took payment and explained I wasn’t comfortable paying again without a refund for my first order, no response going to have to see if my bank can source a refund. Avoid.
No Stars!!!
Ordered on June 26 numerous pictures!! 14 days delivery, 30 days later no photos!! Still waiting!!! Contacted support, I now have 6 refs as no one actually replies!!!! This is my 2nd time using this company, sadly the first time was not that much better!!!! I understand problems happen. But at least respond to your queries!!!

DONT ORDER FOR DELIVERY!
I have emailed regarding my ordered placed 6 weeks ago which still hasn’t arrived! I have sent emails, FB messenger and comments on FB. Am being ignored! Absolute scam! Will stick to collecting in store rather than trusting that my photos will be delivered! Not even the decency to respond to any correspondence. Poor customer service.
