I have been trying to up the app for an hour. I deleted and redownloaded the app and even turn my phone on and off. There is an unclosable notice that comes up
Print maker does not open on Mac
I tried to open printmaker app on Mac but its not working and its been two years they never fixed it its bluetooth device thats should work on Mac

I just bought a printmaker June 19, 2025 only to find out that it has been discontinued! Not returnable and the app and ink will no longer be available as of July 2025! Waste of money 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

What do you mean “End of life”? I can no longer use this app? How do I use the printer? Is there another app? Please advise.
Great little printer, until
I love this printer. I have all of the accessories & have enjoyed using it until recently when it stopped connecting to the app. It doesn’t even show up on the Select an Accessory screen when I try to pair it-no matter how many times I Power On or Restart. Also after paying for a subscription since I’ve owned it, the company abruptly (only a few days notice) has decided that there will no longer be monthly collections added as of September 1, 2024. Actually new collections have not been added since June or July. Corporate greed strikes again!
Disappointed losing right to print everything!!
I’m very disappointed that even though I’ve paid for this subscription for so long that now I’m being told I’ll have to pay for each print I want to print once my subscription ends. That is not what I signed up for when I bought this. I’ve already paid year after year for the subscription.
Horrible!!!
I never write a bad review unless is that bad, this printer idea is amazing but its lacking on a lot of things, starting by the app that you can only use it horizontally. Ok I Will survive, I have a hard time editing my text and adjusting the size if I make a tiny mistake my text or image is gone, I couldn’t save a project correctly and I see it but I cannot open it, now the Printer shows in my bluetooth section as “connected” but the app says not connecting and nothing appears, I cannot even use the printer now!!!! I wish I can get my full refund but my return window expired. Almost $100 to the garbage - this company needs to get it together.
Won’t connect
I’ve tried everything to get my printer to connect and nothing. What am I doing wrong?????
