Need to login multiple time for air conditioning connection via app & OTP. It’s just log out by its self.

App cant even load
I log in the prism+ app keep ask me sign up when i have already done so yet i cant change anything on my connected prism stuff
Recent update causes Time Glitch
Recent update will reset your A/C timer if you minimise the app or close the app.
Issue with prism app
Despite switching over to the new app by prism, chose the Bluetooth connection method as its recommended. Still seeing Device offline and unable to remote control device from app
Great app but crashes sometimes
Just installed Sentry Pro and Sentinel and was tinkering with the app and it crashed twice. Otherwise, app is easy to use and offers all the info I need!
Loading
The new update waits for the commands to be sent before allowing you to press the button again. Example if the aircon vertical is blowing up now. Previously you can press 4x to make it go down and there will be 1 beep. New update waits after each press, 4 beeps. Increasing time to be take for such a simple operation. Does Prism not have any UIUX staff around to QA such basics?
Lousy app
Can’t work on iPad. Stuck at the page whereby pressing “continue” for so many times yet it just don’t move to next page. iPad is of the latest iOS. Time to upgrade the app & allows to connect well on 5 GHz.
App issues with device set up
App can’t run the set up to connect the fan to the Wi fi. The app can’t list out the wifi networks in the vicinity
Vortex is offline
Vortex is offline despite connected to internet after the latest update.
Updates making the app worse
Why did the latest update add a loading buffer for switching between every button of the air-con?
