When attempting to save PDF documents that are accessed, such as statements of benefits, the PDF that is actually saved is a cut-off version of the web page. A number of things about this app are pretty bad, and such requires many improvements, the saving of PDF documents is just one thing.
Never had an issue until recently. Will not show paystubs for the last month.
This app is outdated and not very well made. It also shows wrong information and never responded to any service requests.
Why can’t I access my app? Complete blank screen. Why would an employer use this knowing they have horrible ratings?
Well first off it is ridiculous that you have to sign in then go to your email to retrieve the code and thinking once I type this is I’ll be signed in. Wrong!!! It requires you to sign in again. Sometimes you need to repeat this process twice and retrieve 2 codes before signing in. It’s 2024, it would be nice if you folks dabble in Face ID or fingerprint sign ins. This is 1990s to early 2000s stuff. Time to get with the times! Once there is a Face ID or fingerprint login my stars will go higher then just 1 star. 1 star is how behind the times this app is.
I don’t think I have ever written a review however this app needs one. First of all you can only download half the files you really need because you are not prompted for how to save the rest of them. Second of all a lot of pages have the button you need to press tucked safely outside of the screen! I think this app needs an update quick.
The app doesn’t save login credentials. Always have to manually type them In. When using it daily to clock in and out. The login credentials would save time.

Absolutely hate having to log in every single time you want to use the app. Be really nice to have face or password storage on app
I hate it. It’s very inconvenient to have to log in each and every time. No face recognition, no way to save even my user name. Nothing. And it’s super glitchy. Sometimes you can log in and sometimes you can’t.
