They don’t respect when you’re win the product, say something were wrong and thats it , trash app don't wast your money and time

Terrible. Their customer service is of no help at all. It’s like I’m talking to a robot that says only 1 thing. They do not taking shipping seriously as it’s been over a week and I still have not updates on my shipment. And it almost seems as if they have people go around and purposely bid up items that are going for too low so they make money. This is one of the worst auction houses I’ve seen and they deserve none of our money. Oh and their own PA authentication isn’t trustworthy. Nobody in the memorabilia community uses PA as authentication because it’s a 3rd party and nobody still knows if it can be trusted or not but they are self proclaimed the most trusted authentication

Hahahahaha it didn’t take long to sniff out this scam. Try to bid and immediately get outbid 3 times straight just to up the price? Shame on this app.

This app seems cool and fun until you win and auction and see how much the shipping cost is. To get a signed NFL pylon you’d have to bid at least $45 if you’re lucky and still pay $30 for shipping, for a PYLON. Not to how bad the odds are for the mystery boxes, you’ll always bid around $40-$50 for a signed jersey mystery box and the pay $25 for shipping just to end up with a player that rides the bench and is only know by die hard NFL fans majority of the time. You may get lucky but it’s very unlikely. Do not recommend, just go buy what you want.

Everything about Pristine is absolutely amazing

The app itself works great. I do have issues with pricing. I know it’s an auction site but some of this stuff is way overpriced. The mystery packs are terrible. I have done multiple and got nothing good out of them. 2 guys at work signed up the same time as I did. We all did the mystery packs and we each got the same graded card. The one guy got the same graded card twice. Watch the shipping also. Only once have I gotten reimbursed for their “combined” shipping rate. The shipping is very expensive and I have had boxes of cards come damaged. They did give me a discount on my damaged jersey frame though. Just be smart about what you pay for.

I just bid on and won an auction for a Rich Gannon autographed jersey. I’ve tried about a dozen times already to pay for and have the item shipped and the app will not except my payment method or any information I input. Everything I put in, it still shows that I am not logged in even though when the auction ended and I saw that I was the winner it did show up on my dashboard but now it’s nowhere to be found. I sent an email to the company and I will adjust my reading based on how this turns out.

Keep getting an error

Great company. Ordered two cards within several days and still hadn’t had my first card shipped for a few days, and for that they combined my ordered and even refunded me shipping. Definitely worth it for the wait.
