worst digital sign app
update too often, long process to sign, and very slow app! slow slow slow! waste my time to sign docs everyday! very slow! i hate it! maybe they have the worst Tech team not understanding user journey!
What a ripoff
Pembubuhan e-meterai gagal dari sistem, quota berkurang, tidak bisa refund gara2 dokumen sudah dihapus. Please fix your goddamn e-meterai stamping mechanism to not actually consume the quota until the draft has been submitted. What a waste of money.
pembaharuan aplikasi payah
ini saya mau pake untuk ttd dokumen cepet malah disuruh pembaharuan, yg bikin jengkel kalo ud pembaharuan pasti ke logout, developernya ga ngerasain apa org mau buru2 ttd harus disuruh update disuruh login lg.. kalo pas keluar kota susah sinyal.. saya pake privy supaya kalo keluar kota bisa langsung ttd, taunya keluar kota susah sinyal disuruh update

Hati hati pake aplikasi ini, saya pake ematerai belum di apaapakan tiba tiba berkurang jumlahnya, terus kalo pas placement ematerai gagal juga jumlahnya berkurang, helpdesknya saya tidak helpfull, aplikasi banyak bugs MENDING PAKE APLIKASI LAIN, semoga ga berkah kalo ematerai saya ga di refund
E-Materai Hilang 3x
Sempat terbantu dgn Privy meski ga user friendly, pas udh update makin ribet penggunaan nya. Ditambah 3x pengalaman materai hilang krn dokumen gagal (loading muter2 terus tiba tiba disuruh try again tp saldo materai berkurang) Complain ke CS yang sulit nya minta ampun. Chat dgn CS berkali kali karena tiba tiba disconnect, chat hilang, setelah berhasil isi data untuk refund, tapi sampe sekarang ga balik juga materai nya 😌
