It’s great when it works
I don’t know why the app doesn’t always work and I have left reviews but have never received a response. The OCS assistance is fantastic but the PRM needs to be updated.

You no longer have the anxious wait to see if your airport assistance has been booked. Your in-app time stamp system shows when your arrival and departing airport have confirmed they have received your booking and are ready to assist you when you arrive. Your PRM Club allows you to avail of exclusive airport offers. With our applications payment system you can now view airport retail items, purchase them, and collect them when travelling through the terminal. We want to make sure that shopping is available for all. Whether travelling for business or pleasure, it is always nice to have some fun and do some exploring at your destination. Your tours and activities section means you can book excursions close to you and pay for them through PRM Assist. Additional features offered by PRM Assist can be found in app.

Don’t rely on this app to book assistance
Never got confirmation of my assistance request. Contacted the support desk in the app and never got a response. Also the app is buggy and required force closing the app multiple times to check status. Don’t think I ever used a worse app than this.
Don’t use for Heathrow
Never had a problem using the app for any destination but recently found out the hard way that PRM requests either don’t go to Heathrow or aren’t picked up on the other side. There was no assistance when I landed and when I phoned the day of my departure, I was told there was no booking under my name.

App keeps crashing as logging in I don’t know if booking is in place for parents flight

Can’t make a booking
Whenever I hit make a booking the app crashes. Now I’m very anxious abd don’t know if I have assistance through the airport.

Hit make a booking and the app keeps closing tired 6 times now & closes each time
