Pro Certs Reviews

I have to admit to love it.

This is the best value electrical certification app I have found. Once you get used to it and set yourself up some templates that you can copy and re-use for certificates it’s a breeze to use. I have had a few issues with the software but the support team respond to enquires quickly even out of normal hours. As a future add maybe where a submain is used the Zs value could be copied automatically from the circuit value to the DB it feeds. Keep it up guys 😀

Worst cert App to date

It’s obvious people have developed this app with minimal on the job experience. When copying a certificate it deletes all Zs values you’ve taken on the existing and copied cert. When just carrying out an EICR on a factory consisting of over 40 DB’s and carrying out over 600 tests the amount of money lost on this job is horrific!!!! I can’t describe the anger I felt!!! Sub main Zs values don’t automatically update to the board it was fed from so your doing it twice. It’s constantly crashing The validation button lists one item at a time why not produce a list you can click and go straight to the area that needs rectifying???? The customer support is none existent, I’ve emailed 3 times with no reply whatsoever!!! Seriously do not get this app they are miles off it

Failed update

MBElectrical on

The software was “updated” to reflect changes to BS7671. This update came 4 days after the new forms were mandatory which was a pain. However the new software crashes every time when opening certificates. A fix was apparently sent out but we’re still waiting for it to get through the App Store. I have customers who can’t be billed as I can’t certificate. This is now costing me.
