Full of bugs
Full of bugs, difficult to navigate and spends to much time not working properly.
App loads slow so definitely update required
App loads very slow in comparison to others. Now I use Hik-Connect instead of ProControl+. I would love to use this app again if updates brings changes.
Useless
Simply does not work……… loading loading loading and that’s it. I cannot control my alarm via the app. It has worked but now it doesn’t. Pointless waste of time.
First impressions count
As a new user I have not been impressed with this app for either Hikvision cctv or Pyronix alarm system. I then tried the Hik-connect app instead which works a lot better and much more intuitive. Reasons why the ProControl+ is below expectations as follows: -it is not intuitive therefore it is difficult to find features and having to search for them is not easy. An example would be looking for a particular time and finding how to playback. -notifications are horribly delayed or don’t appear at all which defeats the whole object of a notification. -on playback of an intrusion alert you cannot view it in horizontal full screen. It only lets you view it in vertical small screen which is annoying. Above are just a few examples on day one !

Linked to a hikvision cctv nvr . Not receiving any notifications from nvr … totally useless

Tried everything, app turning notifications off when phone is locked
