Right before my exam, my system check was having issues with Bluetooth. And I was having challenges to the Wi-Fi after several attempts I reached out to Proctortrack customer support, and they addressed the network issue (my side) so I could start my exam. Rock ‘n’ roll! Thank you.
Poorly Designed
This app is one of the worst I’ve ever used. Just a total failure in all aspects, and it is completely unreasonable to ask students to deal with it. Nothing about it works like it should. Currently, I’m sitting here trying to take a test and staring at a screen that says “Autoupdate Available (100%) The application is downloading updates in the background. Please click the RESTART button to close & relaunch the application automatically once download is complete.” Yet…would the 100% not seem to indicate IT IS COMPLETE??? But no restart button is visible, and I just have to trust that the app is still doing something and not just stuck. I DO NOT NEED THIS KIND OF EXTRA STRESS AROUND TEST TAKING. Horrible. Writing my school to tell them to stop using it.
Worst Test Taking Experience I’ve Ever Had
It is actually laughable that this program calls itself student friendly. I have never written a review for any app before but I decided to end that record because of how enraging this experience was. Do humanity a service and destroy this program. The developers need to do something better with their time. Or go back to school.

I’ve been in college for 5 years, so I’ve taken plenty of proctored tests before. This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. I spent over an hour trying to take my test because I could not meet all of their ridiculous stipulations for setup. After trying over and over with zero help from the proctor, I was told that I had missed my allotted time slot even though I was scheduled for a three hour exam and it had only been one hour. Now, I’ll have to reschedule and start the process all over again. Also, the proctors are incredibly rude and don’t know how to solve any issues that come up. They just keep saying to restart, which does nothing.

I tried taking a test on here and it was absolutely horrible. It was a monitored test and it was probably one of the worst ones I had to take. The week before it had so many difficult instructions that me not anyone in my family could figure out. So I decided to have help from a friend of mine the week after. The week after when I was ready for the test I pressed the go to test button and it had all these badly worded difficult instructions that made everything confusing. Again, non of these instructions were available until the scheduled time of the test. After 45 minutes when we figured out what the directions were saying I started the test. We needed 2 screens. 2 SCREENS!! It was ridiculous because it clearly stated that we were not allowed to have a cellular device in the room. It was not accommodating to some people that don’t have anything other than a cellular device. While I was doing the test, it was really frustrating. My test took approximately 3 hours and it was the most uncomfortable testing experience ever. I wasn’t allowed to rest my head on my head even though I was still in the camera frame because it “covered my face”. I was also not allowed to place my legs up on the chair though it was very cold because it was “not proper”. I WAS IN MY OWN HOME. My over all summery is if your any school reading this, DO NOT USE THIS APP OR WEBSITE OR ANYTHING THAT HAS TO DO WITH IT. IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO USE AND YOH WILL REGRET IT!!
Atrocious
Had to use for a language placement test for University of Washington, utterly abysmal. The proctors had no idea what they were doing, telling me to plug in my phone to make sure it wouldn’t die when it was at max charge, getting very upset at the angle my phone was at, and not replying to my chat messages when i asked questions. I cannot believe this company exists and this app is being used, it is horrible.
It’s hard to put into words how much i hate this app.

If I could give no stars that is what they deserve! My daughter has used this numerous times to take CLEP exams so we know the drill and what has to be cleared out of the room. Her last test was a nightmare of an experience that left her in tears before the exam. Many things including a heavy printer had to be removed from the room and couldn’t just be covered up. Now she was told that the mouse has to be wired and not wireless which caused a major scramble trying to find one. When she asked why because it was not required before the proctor said new rules. Then why don’t you send out the new rules instead of spending 45 minutes telling her what to get rid of when 2 months ago it was all fine?!?! Totally incompetent people running this!
