The app works well, I just wish I could see my spend tracker like I can on the website.
I get an error every time I try and log in. It says “session expired, please log in again,” but it’s an ENDLESS loop and never actually lets me in. This renders the app completely useless. I have double-checked my username and password (in fact it tells me if it’s wrong), and I have zero problems logging in on a desktop computer, so the issue lies with this app.
I don’t know what they did during the redesign, but their server for this app doesn’t even work. This stupid app won’t even let me log into my account; buffering for years only to kick me out after patient waiting.
Don’t use this app to place orders - you’ll encounter an error when you go to submit it. This is especially true if you’re part of a former Inspire school. Use a desktop computer or laptop to place orders.
This app does not work if you want to submit orders for your school. And the website is terrible too. This is obviously not made to be used by schools and hopefully will be replaced by another system soon! Blue Ridge academy and any other former Inspire students, talk to your teachers and complain about Procurity and hopeful they will make a change!
Why would the school use this service without putting this app to the test? I was able to submit a request after several tries only to find out my vendor was not approved, then why have them on the list? Come to find out a month later.. I submitted a question and I got a error message instead. There are several issues with this app. Hope they can fix it.
Sign in through Okta does not work at all
I can’t approve pending orders or see them. The app needs bug fixes as soon as possible.
The latest update is not working properly, the app is opening and closing at the same time, please solve the issue asap.
The app needs to be worked on. One page says there’s pending orders but when you click on it and it says there’s no pending orders anymore but then you go back and there’s still pending orders. It glitches and it doesn’t load correctly! Point is just use the computer
