How do my child get the reward

Best math app ever!!

I can now see my child’s progress and send them great gifts for their hard work learning math

Good game, horrible pricing model

JigokuShoujoXIV on

While it’s a very good game overall, I dislike the parental app because it doesn’t include nearly as much information as the web version. Also, I strongly dislike the predatory pricing model. I’m a single mom and can’t afford to spend $134 for a yearly subscription all at once for the English and Math combo, so have no choice but to get the $19.99 a month one instead of the $134.95 annual one which works out to $11.25 a month. I absolute hate when companies nearly double the price for the monthly rate. I literally can’t afford $135 all at once and feel taken advantage of with this $19.99 monthly rate when I don’t think that price comes anywhere close to justifying getting a few in app prizes. The only reason I got it was so I could switch it to the correct grade from 3rd to 4th grade which the game doesn’t let me do without premium. Also the daily prizes I select give my kid motivation to keep going. It’s still price gouging though taking advantage of those who can’t afford the annual rate all at once. Would it really kill you to make it a more realistic monthly rate, like $14 a month. That’s a huge difference to broke families like ours when we’re living paycheck to paycheck. 😑

So I'm trying to put in my child's account and when I put in the password it won't let me go in saying it wrong when I know it's right because I asked them so many times and she kept saying the same thing so can you fix it?

It’s okay but I can’t sent my child the reward they have earned and he has met several goals.

App doesn’t work well

Mae Dae. on

The Insights do not load at all. When I set a goal for my child, it didn’t work at first. I had to delete and redownload the app. When my child reached the goal, their computer was telling them to have me send the reward while my app said it was sent.

OK when it works

My app doesn’t load half the time and it seems worse in the last two weeks. I’ll rate again if an update seems to change anything when it comes.
