Impossible to reach customer service
We signed up my kid a year ago on an annual subscription, then gave him a new iPad while disposing the previous device. Upon misplacing the password and unable to reset we tried contacting customer service via prodigy website to be redirected to same self help web page we tried more than a dozen time before finally giving up. There was no phone number or way of conveying our issues. For the short period he had the app, there were time or level limits which restricted his play. It was probably fun for him while he played but as a parent, it felt strange that my son had to wait to learn/play. No surprise that his passion deteriorated. Today Apple sent me an one month notice to renew. Absolutely no hesitation to cancel subscription. Turned out prodigy was a waste of time and money.
