They give 7 days free trail but in that one they cut money from my account I want refund
App says it has free features then makes you pay for anything
I work out regularly for the past 15 years. I’m consistent, structured, love a challenge, and I’ve been on this program and just starting it again after a 1 week break. I can’t wait to really push the limits!
I Like this app if it was free but unfortunately it’s not and it’s not worth it because you can go watch videos on YouTube but this app was kinda organized.
You think you can get a workout plan for free so you open the app and then you can’t do anything without a subscription
I’m ripped now!!
Paid for my 3 months then the next day cant log in at all & my card was charged
It took like 15 minutes to set up and I can’t do anything without buying premium
One of the better excise programs I’ve used. I‘D suggest some improvements 1. Be able to see the next week plan 2. Be able to pre add sets and reps to custom plan 3. More excercises for muscle groups. There are many machines in my gym that I use that’s not here, and it’s difficult to track my progress when I make a custom plan. All in all a good app.
