nice app but every time i try to open lua it just keeps kicking me out of the app is there spmething wrong or is it my device?

Terrible customer service
Bought the monthly Pro subscription on 4 May. It’s been 4 days and the app has refused to unlock the pro content. It keeps asking me to buy the yearly subscription. I wonder why the monthly subscription option is there if you are going to unlock the content only with a yearly subscription. Already wasted 4 days from the monthly subscription. I sent them an email on 4 May but no one bothered to respond. I guess customer service is not high on their priority list.
This is the best coding app!!!! Go download it!!!!
