I wish there was an option to add a caption of what I saw the day I took that particular photo.

Hi, I recently upgraded to iPhone eleven and none of my past years photos have transferred with the app. Is there a way to retrieve previous year’s entries?

Been trying to contact the developer to purchase my old captions back from when the app used to backup into the cloud. Will pay $$, please respond to the emails sent. Thank you.

I used the not paid for app in 2014 for my son’s first year of birth. So when I had my daughter in 2016, I bought this paid app. I completed the 365 days and wanted to make a book. Alvin won’t email back or create the book to print off Lulu. I have been emailing him the past year to have it created and still no response. Horrible service and I can’t even print or get a book of my daughter’s first year. Very angry and frustrated. DO NOT pay for or use this app. Find something else so you can print it and look back at the memories!

I loved the app but with recent changes I have been unable to print my daughter’s photo book. Making my entire YEAR working on it POINTLESS. I have emailed numerous times asking for help/ customer service/ suggestions and have never received ANY response. I am happy to remove/amend my review if I get a reply.

I was at work on Day and a friend told me about this app. I have been using it since July 2 2010. I took the first year and turned into a book. I gave a copy to all my family.

It takes a minute each night to document your day with a photo and short description/ but what a payoff after a year!!! I just did it for a year and had a photo book printed for my husband that I presented to him on New Year's Day . What a joy to remember and reflect on all the days! Alvin Yu, the developer of this app is so responsive and helpful- amazing customer service. He uploads your photos to lulu to print- but I also printed them myself on photo paper/ 3 days to a page. Good luck! Great app! REV. 2-3-17. I just received my Lulu book of each photo printed - it is fabulous!!!

You're shutting down the app? Please add a way to download a full back-up for all photos, a single button (like Instagram). As a photographer, I have used this Pro app everyday for five years! It absolutely needs a one-button back up provision (especially the Pro edition)!

I can't believe I have painstakingly kept up with this for an entire year and just learned, on the day I finally finished my 365th picture, that you can only combine one month at a time into a book or video. Unbelievable. Developer...this is Project 30 app, not Project 365!!! Please retitle it so it isn't misleading!

I've been using this app since 2012 to document my daughters growth. I just noticed it stopped uploading the photos to my online account. I used to love this app but now I will need to manually upload the photos to my computer and store them that way and probably try a new app instead.
