환불요청합니다. iPhone 6se2 사용중 임 컴퓨터로 다운로드시 계속되는 데이터 에러로 불안합니다. 여러번 시도해 본 결과 같은 상황이 반복 됨. 영상이 다운되어야 편집을 하지 소중한 영상르 핸폰에서 컴터로 옮겨지질 않은 50% 정도 만 다운됨. 환불요청합니다

외장마이크 사용시 오류나는 것 수정 부탁해요
외장 마이크 사용해서 녹화 한후 앱에서 재생하면 소리가 안나와요. 마이크 설정에 들어가서 내부 마이크로 다시 설정하면 재생시 소리가 정상적으로 나옵니다. 매번 설정에서 마이크 선택하는것 번거로워요. 수정해주세요.
