I’m an aspiring filmmaker and was looking for an alternative to Filmic Pro (which is ridiculously expensive!!!) so I don’t have to bring my DSLR everywhere. I decided to try this app and was super impressed! The videos I’ve shot on my phone has improved 1000% compared to the native camera app. I love the manual control you have.
Takes great video but I found when I download to laptop the sound is out of sync
So many options to change video settings, also one of the only remaining apps that doesn’t have a subscription service
I’m using an iPad Pro M1 and when mirror the screen over AirPlay the app crashes when you hit the record button.
I use all manual settings and appreciate being able to do that. Only complaint I have is that it is a couple of steps to get the video saved in my photos. Could be simpler. Results are great, better than the app on the iPhone.

Very easy to use, excellent results
When I started using the app 6 months ago the last second of recorded video was always missing. It wasn’t good but I could live with that. Since the last version was released it’s now 2-3 seconds missing. I now always try to remember to shoot 2-3 seconds more just to be sure everything I intend to shoot is in the video file. Sometimes I forget. Please fix it ASAP.
This app is extremely easy to use and provides many options to record in higher bit rate than the Apple app. Worth buying if you like to shoot videos.
The sound is like fingers in my ears And why don’t you reply to my messages ??? I WANT A REFUND I’m feeling RIPPED OFF …
